General terms and conditions of sale and use

We invite you to carefully read these terms and conditions which govern the sale of products and the use of our official website www.iron-ic.it (“Website”). This document contains important information about user rights and obligations.

Iron-ic products on the website are sold directly by Intimidea s.r.l. We reserve the right to periodically update these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time and without prior notice. When placing an order through the Website, the user is required to accept the Terms and Conditions of Sale in force on the date the order is placed.

1. Purchase Orders and Product Availability

The Iron-ic.it website is enabled for sales in all European Union countries.

• Purchases are reserved exclusively for private customers for personal use. Resale or commercial distribution of purchased products is prohibited.
• We strive to display colors and designs with the utmost fidelity. However, slight differences may depend on the settings of the device used by the user. Iron-ic is not responsible for any discrepancies related to such technical differences.
• Offers related to product prices and availability are valid while stocks last. In case of unavailability of the ordered product, the customer will be promptly notified and can choose whether to replace it with another item or cancel the order, obtaining an immediate refund.

2. Order Confirmation and Binding Agreement

Each order is considered accepted only after our written confirmation sent via email by Iron-ic. With the order confirmation, these Terms and Conditions of Sale constitute a binding agreement between the customer and the seller.

It will not be possible to modify or cancel the order after confirmation, except in cases provided for by current legislation or as indicated in these Terms. The data recorded by the website represents complete proof of the transaction. In case of dispute, electronic records will constitute definitive probative evidence.

3. Prices and Payment Methods

Prices are expressed in Euros (€) and do not include shipping costs, unless otherwise indicated. Iron-ic reserves the right to change prices at any time, without prior notice, applying however the rates in force at the time of order confirmation.

Payment for orders must be made upon confirmation and can only be made in Euros (€) via:

• Credit/debit cards (circuits supported by Moneta Web)
• PayPal

4. Shipping and Product Delivery

We ship throughout the European Union to the address indicated by the customer during checkout. Iron-ic will not be responsible for any errors or subsequent changes after dispatch.

• Free Shipping: For orders over €89.
• Shipping Costs: For amounts less than €89, the contribution is €5.90.
• Complaints: Any delays or non-deliveries must be reported to info@iron-ic.it.
• Verification of goods: Upon delivery, the customer is required to check the correctness of the order and the integrity of the package. Any anomalies (for example, damaged or missing items) must be noted and reported promptly.

The indicated delivery dates are indicative. Any delays cannot generate liability for Iron-ic, except in cases of non-fulfillment directly attributable to the seller.

In case of non-delivery attributable to Iron-ic, the customer can choose between:

• New shipment without additional costs.
• Full refund of the purchase price.

4a. Force majeure

The seller and/or manufacturer will not be responsible for any delays or impossibility of delivery due to force majeure, including:

• Actions of civil or military authorities.
• Wars, riots, strikes or other labor disputes.
• Natural disasters or unavailability of materials.
• Other circumstances not reasonably foreseeable or controllable.

In such cases, the delivery date will be automatically extended for a period equal to the delay generated by the force majeure event.

5. Return Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

Always keep all original packaging materials, boxes, and documentation, as these are necessary for any returns. Items returned without original packaging cannot be accepted.

Upon delivery, you must check that the shipment is correct. In case of discrepancies (e.g., damaged package or non-conforming item), the complaint must be noted on the delivery receipt. If the product does not conform to the order or the user is not satisfied, a return or refund can be requested under the following conditions.

5a. Returns

The user has the right to return a product ordered through the Website within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be new, unused, intact, free from odors (smoke, perfume, detergents, lotions, etc.), and in their original packaging. Worn, damaged, or returned items without original packaging will not be accepted.

5b. Replacements

Items returned in suitable condition and in their original packaging can be replaced with products of equal value. In case of an incorrect size, color, or model, replacement will only be possible if the return occurs within the specified terms and conditions.

5c. Manufacturing Defects

Items with obvious manufacturing defects must be returned for evaluation by the manufacturer. If the defect is confirmed, the customer will be contacted immediately to arrange a refund or replacement.

6. Refund Methods

Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days of receiving the return. The refunded amount will be equal to the original purchase price, net of shipping costs. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used at the time of the order (with the exception of non-EU orders, which are refunded via bank transfer).

7. Disclaimer of Liability

The seller and/or manufacturer shall in no event be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind arising from:

• Defects or malfunctions of the products.
• Breach of warranties, express or implied.
• Breach of contract.
• Unlawful acts (including negligence).
