Shipping on iron-ic.it is free in Italy and EU countries for orders over €89; for amounts below this, a fixed cost of €5.90 applies. Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2-5 business days for national territory (up to 7 for Europe), with an estimated delivery time of 24 to 96 hours from dispatch. In case of temporary unavailability of an item in stock, the customer will be promptly informed via email with the new estimated shipping date.
Returns
Customers can exercise their right to return items within 10 business days of receiving the order, shipping the items at their own expense to Intimidea S.r.l. in Castel Goffredo (MN). To be eligible for a refund or replacement, products must be intact, unused, and kept in their original packaging, free from any alterations such as smells of smoke, perfumes, or detergents. The goods must be returned in adequately resistant packaging (not in a bag), and the company reserves the right to evaluate the condition of the products, potentially withholding a portion of the refund in case of damage to the goods or packaging.

This technical shirt combines the natural properties of cashmere with Iron-Ic technology, resulting in a soft, warm, and high-performance product. The fabric is breathable, helps keep skin dry, and guarantees all-day comfort. Quick-drying and odor-resistant. Made with the patented I-Band system for improved fit: it stays in place and does not ride up during movement.

We recommend gentle washing at low temperatures (30°C) and it is essential to avoid the use of fabric softeners, which could compromise the breathability of the micro-fibers. To maintain the technical structure of the fabrics, garments should not be ironed or tumble-dried.
